• No refunds will be issued once the service has commenced, unless mutually agreed due to service failure or delay beyond 30 business days.

• Provide all required content, feedback, approvals, and logins on time.

• Ensure you have the rights to use any third-party content you share with us.

• Be responsive during project execution for timely delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content created by iCreato (designs, code, marketing materials) remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, except for any third-party tools, fonts, or plugins used.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of the project. This clause remains valid even after the project ends.

8. Limitation of Liability

iCreato shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services.

• Any delays caused by third-party vendors, platforms, or hosting providers.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that particular service.

9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

If your project requires third-party tools (e.g., plugins, ad accounts, analytics, APIs), you are responsible for the subscription or licensing costs unless agreed otherwise. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination:

• Services delivered up to that point must be paid in full.
